My Name is Dr, Dien Noviany Rahmatika. I am the Dean of Faculty of Economic and Bisnis UPS Tegal. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the 1st ICOBIS. It is my hope that our conference would be able to achieve its objective in providing an effective forum for academician, researchers, and practitioners to advancing knowledge, research, and technology for humanity.
